To install Allure, the following requirements must be met:

- WordPress v3.3 or higher
- PHP v5.2.4 or higher
- MySQL v5.0 or higher

Download the Allure package from Themeforest and extract it to a folder. Inside you will find the zip file allure.zip containing the theme that needs to be uploaded to your WordPress installation. Do not upload the zip package you downloaded from Themeforest.
- Method 1: Upload allure.zip from the Appearance / Themes menu.
[image id=”1268″ size=”full” align=”center” link=”false” /] - Method 2: Unzip allure.zip and upload the extracted folder to <wordpress directory>/wp-content/themes/ with your favorite FTP client so that the structure looks like: /wp-content/themes/allure/.
Once the upload is complete go to the Appearance / Themes menu and activate the theme.

Now you should see a new menu located in Appearance called Theme Options. Enter this page and click Save Options. This is an important part of the theme installation, so don’t forget to do it!
