The Latest Posts widget does exactly what it says – displays the latest posts! You can select a specific category to show the latest posts from as well as toggles for the post meta data. The thumbnails can also be resized by setting the width and height in pixels. If selecting the full width option, make sure to fill in the height dimension to properly display the images.
